Reaction Steps
308 mg (78%) of target compound was obtained by using a method same as in Example 1 by using 3-(1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3-butyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)propanal (251 mg, 0.876 mmol), 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine (208 mL, 1.314 mmol), and NaBH(OAc)3 (198 mg, 0.936 mmol).
