Procedure
4-(4-Aminophenoxy)-3-(1-ethynyl)-2-pyridineamine (260 mg), parafluorophenyl isocyanate (0.13 ml) and tetrahydrofuran (5 ml) were stirred at room temperature for 20 hours. Water was added to the reaction solution, the tetrahydrofuran was distilled off, and then a small amount of ethyl acetate was added and the precipitated solid was filtered off to obtain 20 mg of a light brown solid.
Workup
- distillationthe tetrahydrofuran was distilled off
- additiona small amount of ethyl acetate was added
- filtrationthe precipitated solid was filtered off
