Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 19 using 2-ethoxybenzyl isocyanate and ethyl 2-(7-bromo-2,3-dihydrospiro[indene-1,4′-piperidine]-3-yl)acetate. 1H NMR (CDCl3) [selected resonances] 1.28 (t, 3H), 1.44 (t, 3H), 4.11 (q, 2H), 4.19 (q, 2H), 4.45 (s, 2H).
