To a solution of 3A in DCM (2 ml) at room was added TFA (2 ml). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The solvent was removed under vacuum. The residue was suspended in DCM (1 ml). The solid was collected by filtration, washed with DCM (3×1 ml) and dried to give 4A. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.12 (s, 1H), 7.38 (d, 2H), 7.43 (d, 2H), 7.79 (dd, 1H), 7.96 (d, 1H), 8.29 (d, 1H), 12.80 (bs, 1H), 13.44 (b, 1H).
