Sulfuryl chloride (78 μL, 0.96 mmol) was added drop-wise to a solution of 23 (237 mg, 0.48 mmol) in 10 mL of CH2Cl2 cooled to 0° C. The solution was stirred for 2 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure to afford chloroformate 24 and which was used for the next reaction without further purification.
