The solution was then concentrated to dryness in vacuo to give the product 56 that was used immediately for the next step. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 1.15 (t, J=7.43 Hz, 3H), 2.40 (q, J=7.43 Hz, 2H), 4.16 (d, J=5.47 Hz, 2H), 4.78 (s, 2H), 5.75 (s, 2H), 6.30 (bs, 1H), 9.60 (s, 1H).
