The product from Example 31D (80 mg, 0.141 mmol), 3-methylbutanal (18 μl, 0.170 mmol), acetic acid (10 μl, 0.166 mmol), and sodium triacetoxyborohydride (48 mg, 0.226 mmol) were processed as described in Example 27 to provide the title compound (40 mg, 45%). 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 8.73 (s, 2H), 7.78 (s, 2H), 7.32-7.11 (m, 10H), 5.32-5.08 (m, 6H), 3.95 (br s, 2H), 2.83 (br s, 2H), 2.71 (dd, 2H), 2.48-2.23 (m, 4H), 1.43 (m, 2H), 1.08 (m, 2H), 0.76 (t, 6H); MS (ESI+) m/z 636 (M+H)+.
