Trifluoroacetic acid (0.500 mL) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The crude reaction mixture was evaporated to dryness to yield the pure product. ESI-MS m/z calc. 452.1. found; 453.0 (M+1)+ Retention time 1.64 minutes. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1H NMR (400.0 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.01 (s, 1H), 8.22 (s, 1H), 8.03-8.00 (m, 1H), 7.89 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 2H), 7.68-7.64 (m, 2H), 7.58 (d, J=1.6 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1H), 7.35 (dd, J=1.7, 8.3 Hz, 1H), 2.18 (s, 3H), 1.54-1.51 (m, 2H), 1.21-1.17 (m, 2H).
