8-(8-Oxo-bicyclo[3.2.1]oct-3-yl)-1,3-dipropyl-3,7-dihydro-purine-2,6-dione (25 mg) was reduced using NaBH4 (30 mg) in MeOH at 0° C. The product was purified by HPLC. Yield (7 mg). Mass (ES+ 361).
