A mixture of 4-(3-chloro-4-fluoro-phenylamino)-5,7-dihydro-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-6-one (70 mg, 0.25 mmol), 3-methyl-4-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (66.7 mg, 0.3 mmol) and piperidine (3 drops) in ethanol (2 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 4 days. The precipitate was collected by vacuum filtration, washed with ethanol and dried to give 39 mg (32%) of the title compound. 1H NMR (360 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 13.30 (br s, 1H, NH), 11.69 (br s, 1H, NH), 9.16 (br s, 1H), 8.31 (s, 1H), 7.72 (dd, J=2.8 & 6.7 Hz, 1H), 7.46 (d, J=2.8 Hz, 1H), 7.43 (m, 1H), 7.41 (s, 1H), 7.35 (t, J=9 Hz, 1H), 3.59 (m, 4H, 2×CH2), 3.51 (m, 4H, 2×CH2), 2.21 (s, 3H, CH3). MS 483 [M++1].
