The title compound was prepared from 2-methylbiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (D23) and 6-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)-5-methoxy-1H-indole (D13) using a similar procedure to Example 4 (80%). This was converted to its oxalate salt to afford a white solid. mp 152°-154° C.
