Prepare by the method of example 88.6 using (S)-2-[3-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-benzoyl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-ethyl-methanesulfonate (2.85 g, 5.2 mmol) and 4-(pyridin-2-yl)-piperidine-4-carboxylic acid amide (1.4 g, 6.8 mmol). Chromatograph on silica gel eluting sequentially with ethyl acetate, dichloromethane, 2% methanol/dichloromethane, 4% methanol/dichloromethane, and then 6% methanol/dichloromethane to give the title compound: Rf =0.24 (silica gel, 10% methanol/dichloromethane).
