General Procedure H. To a solution of 1-benzyl-N3-(3,4-difluorobenzyl)-N6-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-isopropyl-1H-indole-3,6-dicarboxamide (Compound 63, 17 mg, 0.033 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (2 ml) at 0° C under argon was added Et3N (0.03 ml, 0.2 mmol), and then added MsCl (7 mg, 0.066 mmol). The reaction was stirred at 25° C. for 3 h, quenched with H2O diluted with EtOAc, washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel (100% EtOAc) to yield the title compound as a yellow solid.
