General Procedure Q. To a solution of 2-acetyl-N-(3,4-difluorobenzyl)-6-isopropoxy-1-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamide (Compound 109, 18 mg, 0.038 mmol) in MeOH (3 ml) was added HONH2.HCl (8.0 mg, 0.11 mmol) and pyridine (30 μl, 0.38 mmol). The reaction was stirred at 65° C. for 20 h and the solvent was removed in vacuo. The residue was purified by PTLC (75% EtOAc-hexanes) to yield the title compound.
