As described for example 25e, [5-(5-fluoro-pyridin-2-yl)-3-trimethylsilanylmethyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl]-methanol (421 mg, 1.5 mmol), instead of (5-pyridin-2-yl-3-trimethylsilanylmethyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-yl)-methanol, was converted to the title compound (257 mg, 82%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=209.1 [M+H]+.
