A solution of acetic acid 2-(6-tert-butyl-8-fluoro-1-oxo-1H-phthalazin-2-yl)-6-{8-[4-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-phenylamino]-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-6-yl}-benzyl ester (320 mg, 0.47 mmol) and K2CO3 (130 mg, 0.95 mmol) in MeOH (15 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. The crude reaction mixture was filtered. The filter cake was washed with MeOH (5 mL) and dried to provide the desired product as a yellow solid (50 mg, 16% yield).
