A mixture of 116e (150 mg, 0.20 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (85 mg, 2.0 mmol) in THF/i-propanol (5/3 mL) and water (2 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated under reduce pressure and the residue was extracted with ethyl acetate (3×20 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 116 (80 mg, 80%) as a white solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 641.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.78 (s, 1H), 8.75 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.47 (s, 1H), 8.45 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.34 (d, J=3.0 Hz, 1H), 7.79 (dd, J=2.0, 8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (d, J=4.5 Hz, 1H), 7.57 (s, 1H), 7.52 (dd, J=1.5, 12.5 Hz, 1H), 7.02 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 4.57-4.55 (m, 2H), 3.94 (s, 3H), 3.81-3.75 (m, 6H), 1.64-1.62 (m, 2H), 1.44 (s, 9H).
