A mixture of 117d (110 mg, 0.15 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (65 mg, 1.5 mmol) in THF/i-propanol (5/3 mL) and water (2 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×20 mL). The combined ethyl acetate extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 117 (100 mg, 95%) as a yellow solid. MS-ESI: [M+H]+ 682.4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.73 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 8.60 (s, 1H), 8.33 (d, J=2.5 Hz, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H), 8.07 (s, 1H), 7.65 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 7.56-7.51 (m, 2H), 7.34 (s, 1H), 6.96 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 4.73-4.55 (m, 5H), 3.92 (m, 4H), 3.73-3.74 (m, 1H), 3.55-3.53 (m, 1H), 3.16-3.15 (m, 2H), 2.64-2.39 (m, 4H), 1.44 (s, 9H), 1.09-1.07 (m, 3H).
