To a solution of 124d (672 mg, 4.0 mmol) in dichloromethane (20 mL) was added acetyl chloride (936 mg, 12.0 mmol) and K2CO3 (1104 mg, 8.0 mmol). The mixture was stirred overnight. It was then filtered and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica-gel column chromatography eluting with 100:1 dichloromethane/methanol to afford 124e as white solid (500 mg, 60%). MS: [M+H]+ 211.2
