To a mixture of (S)-5-(4-phenoxy-phenyl)-7-pyrrolidin-2-ylmethyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamine (100 mg, 0.26 mmol, 1.0 eq), 2-cyano-3-cyclopropyl-acrylic acid (45 mg, 0.32 mmol, 1.2 eq) and DIEA (102 mg, 0.78 mmol, 3.0 eq) in 10 ml DCM was added HATU (150 mg, 0.40 mmol, 1.5 eq). The reaction mixture was stirred for 4 h at RT under N2. The mixture was purified by Pre-TLC to give the title compound (71 mg). LCMS: m/z 486.2 (M+H)+
