A solution of 0.1 g (0.19 mmol) of 3-{3-[(2,4-dioxo-3-propyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinazolin-6-yl)carbonyl]imidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-1-yl}-N-[(1E)-hydroxyethanimidoyl]benzamide in 3 ml of DMF is heated at 120° C. for 5 hours. The reaction medium is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue obtained is taken up in dyethyl ether, filtered, and then dried under reduced pressure at 40° C. overnight. 0.083 g of a yellow solid is obtained.
