Procedure
1.32 g (22.4 mmol) of n-propylamine are added, at 0° C. under an inert atmosphere, to 0.9 g (2.2 mmol) of 6-[(1-bromoimidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-yl)carbonyl]-2-methyl-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one in 15 ml of glacial acetic acid. The reaction medium is microwave-heated for 45 minutes at 160° C. The reaction medium is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue obtained is taken up with a saturated aqueous solution of sodium carbonate. The precipitate obtained is filtered off and then dried under reduced pressure at 50° C. overnight. 0.67 g of a yellow solid is obtained.
