Procedure
1.30 g (4.37 mmol) of triphosgene dissolved in 10 ml of dioxane are added, under an inert atmosphere at ambient temperature, to 1.05 g (2.91 mmol) of 2-amino-5-(1-bromoimidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-3-ylcarbonyl)benzoic acid. The reaction medium is refluxed for 4 hours, and then concentrated under reduced pressure. 100 ml of water are added to the residue. The precipitate obtained is filtered off under reduced pressure at 40° C. for 18 hours. 1.1 g of a yellow solid are obtained.
