To 26 mg (0.26 mmol) N-methyl-cyclopentylamine in 2.5 mL NMP are added 80 mg (0.22 mmol) 2-{4-[1-(2-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-piperidin-4-yl]-phenyl}-N-ethyl-propion-amide (XII.1) and 110 (0.65 mmol) DIPEA. The mixture is stirred at 100° C. for 1 h and at 120° C. for 1 h under microwave irradiation. After that time, the mixture is directly purified by HPLC (XBridge 100; water, 0.3% NH4OH/MeOH) to yield the desired product.
