1-Methyl-2-(6-chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (2-ethoxy-ethyl)-amide (33 mg) was prepared by following General Procedure F using 1-methyl-2-(6-chloro-benzothiazol-2-ylamino)-1H-benzoimidazole-5-carboxylic acid (36 mg), 2-ethoxy-ethylamine (0.1 ml), HBTU (38 mg), and DIEA (0.1 ml). LCMS: m/z 431; and 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): δ 8.26 (t, 1H), 7.80 (s, 1H), 7.65 (t, 1H), 7.56 (br, 2H), 7.48 (d, 1H), 7.18 (m, 1H), 7.14 (d, 1H), 3.54 (s, 3H), 3.46 (q, 2H), 3.38 (m 2H), 3.24 (t, 2H), and 1.08 (t, 3H).
