To a solution of the compound obtained in Example 66 (488 mg, 1.00 mmol) in dichloromethane (10 ml) was added trimethylsilylisocyanate (2.00 ml), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 days. To the mixture was added a saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate (20 ml) and the mixture was stirred for 30 minutes. The mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (20 ml×3). The organic layer was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrate was subjected to column chromatography (silica gel 10 g, ethyl acetate/methanol=1/0 to 9/1), and the desired fraction was concentrated under reduced pressure. To the mixture was added diethyl ether, and the resulting precipitates were collected by filtration. The precipitates were washed with diethyl ether, and dried under reduced pressure to give the titled compound (353 mg, 0.66 mmol, Yield 66%) as white crystals.
