A microwave reaction vessel was charged with (S)-1-(5-fluoropyrimidin-2-yl)ethanamine (Method 7, 111 mg, 0.63 mmol), 2-chloro-5-methyl-N-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidin-4-amine (Method 22, 0.50 g, 1.77 mmol), and DIPEA (0.225 mL, 1.26 mmol). Anhydrous n-BuOH (2.1 ml) was added, and the tube was sealed and heated in a microwave reactor at 180° C. for 4 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by Gilson (5-95% MeCN/H2O, 15 minutes) to give the titled compound as solid (75 mg) 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.08 (s, 1H) 8.93 (s, 2H) 8.70 (s, 1H) 7.74 (s, 1H) 5.98 (s, 1H) 4.79-5.44 (m, 1H) 2.23 (s, 3H) 2.10 (s, 3H) 1.57 (d, 3H); m/z 330.
