A solution of 2-((2-amino-4-chloro-7-((4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridin-2-yl)methyl)-7H-pyrrolo [2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)ethynyl)-2-hydroxypropane-1,3-diyl diacetate (see example 56) (60 mg) and Et3N (1 mL) in THF (1 mL) and MeOH (6 ml,) was heated in a microwave oven to 150° C. for 20 min. Concentration and preparative HPLC gave the title compound, as a solid. HPLC Rt =3.90 min.
