Chromatography (CH2Cl2/acetone 75:25) eluted 24 as a white solid (0.189 g, 60%), mp 119-120° C.; 1H NMR δH (270 MHz, CDCl3) 3.07 (s, 6H), 5.45 (s, 2H), 7.30-7.33 (m, 2H), 7.43 (dd, J=2.2 Hz, 8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.58 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=10.9 Hz, 1H), 7.77 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 8.01 (s, 1H) and 8.18 (s, 1H); LCMS (APCI), m/z 418 (40, [37CIM+H]−), 416 (100, [35CIM−-H]−); HRMS (ES+) m/z calcd. for C18H17ClN5O3S [M+H]+: 418.0735, found 418.0725; Anal.
