Reaction Steps
Following the procedure described above for the compound 40 (example 17, step 2, scheme 14) but substituting the amine 9 for the amine 12, title compound 41 was obtained in 33% yield (scheme 14) 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 10.58 (s, 1H), 10.44 (s, 1H), 8.74 (d, 1H), 8.49 (d, 1H), 8.27 (dd, 1H), 8.05 (m, 1H), 7.86 (m, 2H), 7.77 (s, 1H), 7.48 (t, 1H), 7.42 (m, 2H), 7.35 (q, 1H), 6.63 (d, 1H), 3.88 (s, 3H), 3.54 (s, 2H). MS (m/z): 502.7 (M+H).
