Following the procedure described above for the compound 5c (scheme 3) but replacing acid 1 with the acid 31 and amine 12 with amine 260; the title compound 256 was obtained in 44% yield. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 10.31 (s, 1H), 8.44 (d, J=5.48 Hz, 1H), 7.79 (d, 12.72 Hz, 1H), 7.5-7.3 (m, 8H), 6.59 (d, J=5.48 Hz, 1H), 6.38 (t, J=3.52 Hz, 1H), 3.22 (s, 2H), 3.21 (s, 3H), 3.08 (m, 2H), 2.61 (m, 4H), 2.30 (s, 3H). MS (m/z): (M+1) 531.0 (100%).
