The title compound was prepared from tert-butyl 4-[2-(4-cyano-3-fluorophenoxymethyl)pyridin-5-yl]piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 13) (50 mg, 0.12 mmol) and 5-propyl-2-bromopyrimidine (33 μL, 0.24 mmol) following a procedure analogous to that in Example 48 as a white crystal (35 mg, yield 67%).
