2,2-Dimethylpropyl 4-(4-cyanopyridin-2-yl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (1.67 g) obtained in Example 2 was dissolved in ethanol (10 mL), and hydroxyamine hydrochloride (1.17 g) and potassium carbonate (3.11 g) were added thereto, heated under reflux for 2 hours, and the solvent was evaporated away, the resulting residue was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and saturated saline water, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated away to obtain 2.04 g of the entitled compound.
