2,2-Dimethylpropyl 4-{4-[5-(methoxycarbonyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl]pyridin-2-yl}-1-piperazinecarboxylate (86.5 mg) obtained in Example 31 was dissolved in toluene (1 mL), and aqueous ammonia (0.3 mL) was added thereto and stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. Then, the solvent was evaporated away, and the resulting residue was isolated and purified through thin-layer silica gel chromatography (chloroform/methanol=97/3) to obtain 40 mg of the entitled compound as a colorless solid.
