Procedure

Methyl 4-methyl-3-(1-(2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)phenyl)phthalazin-6-yl)benzoate was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 223, using 4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-2-(2-methyl-4-(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)phenyl)-1,3,2-dioxaborolane and methyl 3-(1-chlorophthalazin-6-yl)-4-methylbenzoate as starting materials. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 500.9 (M+1).
