Following the procedure as described in PREPARATION 2B, and making non-critical variations to replace 1-(2-cyclopropylethyl)-1H-indole-2,3-dione with 1-pentyl-1H-indole-2,3-dione, and 1,3-benzodioxol-5-ol with 3,4-difluorophenol, the title compound was obtained (31%): 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 9.69-9.65 (br, 1H), 7.51-7.41 (m, 2H), 7.26-7.21 (m, 1H), 6.99-6.57 (m, 3H), 4.18-4.14 (br, 1H), 3.78-3.58 (m, 2H), 1.76-1.62 (m, 2H), 1.40-1.28 (m, 4H), 0.87 (t, 3H); MS (ES+) m/z 330 (M−17), 370 (M+23).
