A solution of 5-[2-(methylsulfonyl)pyrimidin-4-yl]-6-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine (90 mg, 0.2 mmol, obtained in example 127) and (cyclopropylmethyl)amine (75 mg, 1.0 mmol) in THF (2 mL) was heated in a closed vessel at 60° C. overnight. It was allowed to cool and concentrated. The crude product obtained was purified by chromatography on silica gel using hexane-EtOAc mixtures of increasing polarity as eluent, to afford 57 mg of the desired compound (yield: 67%).
