Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in 48% yield from 4-methyl-2-(5-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxy-3′,5′-bis-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-pentanoic acid methyl ester (prepared in Intermediate A) and 3-cyanophenylboronic acid under the conditions described in Example 26, step (d).
