Procedure
To a suspension of 1-sulfamoylspiro[indoline-3,4′-piperidine] hydrochloride 3-1 (100 mg, 0.33 mmol) and phenyl 4-acetylphenylcarbamate 3-2 (92 mg, 0.36 mmol) in CHCL3 (3 mL) was added Et3N (0.23 mL, 1.65 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was heated to reflux for 1 h. The resulting suspension was cooled to room temperature. The resulting suspension was filtered and the filter cake was washed with CHCl3 to give 300 (47 mg, 33%) as a white solid.
