The product from Example 10D (185 mg, 0.6 mmol), morpholine (0.058 ml, 0.65 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (100 μl, 0.6 mmol) in 2 mL of dichloromethane were stirred at 20° C. for 18 hours. The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by chromatography (CHCl3/MeOH/NH4OH 9:1:0.1) to provide the title compound (85% yield).
