235 ml of a 2.9N ethanolic hydrogen chloride solution are added to a solution of 21 g of the product obtained in Step A in 786 ml of ethanol. After 3 hours at 70° C. and then 16 hours at room temperature, the reaction mixture is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue is taken up in 150 ml of water. The expected product is precipitated by the addition of 20% sodium hydroxide solution.
