- 100 °C
Procedure
In a similar manner as in Example 2, 3,4-bis-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-chloropyridazine (180 mg, 0.551 mmol) and N-(n-propyl)-2,4-difluoroaniline, as starting materials, were stirred 100° C. for 12 hours and then reacted at 170° C. for 10 hours, and post-treatment was then conducted, whereby the title compound was obtained as a pale yellow-brown amorphous solid (137.5 mg, 54.1%).
Workup
- customreacted at 170° C. for 10 hours
