The same operation as in Example (160c) was performed using methyl cis(±)-6-(4-{[(benzyloxy)carbonyl]amino}-3-methoxypiperidin-1-yl)pyrimidine-4-carboxylate obtained in Example (174c) (111 mg, 0.28 mmol) and a 10% palladium-carbon catalyst (130 mg), to obtain 53.5 mg of the title compound as a pale yellow oily substance. The resulting compound was used for the next reaction without purification.
