The same operation as in Example (217a) was performed using 3-tert-butoxycarbonylaminoazetidine (300 mg, 1.74 mmol), ethyl 2-bromo-1,3-benzothiazole-7-carboxylate obtained in Example (1f) (332 mg, 1.16 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (0.40 mL, 2.32 mmol), to obtain 403 mg of the title compound as a pale yellow solid (92%).
