The same operation as in Example (42a) was performed using benzyl benzyl[cis (±)-3-methoxypiperidin-4-yl] carbamate obtained in Example (259c) (150 mg, 0.42 mmol), ethyl 3-bromo-5-methylbenzoate obtained in Example (259e) (103 mg, 0.42 mmol), palladium acetate (10 mg, 0.04 mmol), (±)-BINAP (53 mg, 0.08 mmol), cesium carbonate (303 mg, 0.93 mmol), 1,4-dioxane (6 mL) and DMF (1.5 mL), to obtain 126 mg of the title compound as a yellow oily substance (57%).
