To a solution of the product obtained in Step D (0.3 g) in a mixture of tetrahydrofuran (2.2 ml) and CH2Cl2 (2.2 ml) there is added methyl iodide (0.350 ml). A precipitate appears. The reaction mixture is stirred for one hour at ambient temperature and is then left at 4° C. overnight. The reaction mixture is evaporated to dryness and the residue obtained is used directly in the next Step.
