Dissolved 2,4-dimethyl-3-(3-(pyrimidin-4-yl)pyridin-2-yloxy)benzenamine (100 mg, 0.342 mmol) in dichloromethane (1.0 mL), added 3-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl chloride (107 mg, 0.513 mmol) and triethylamine (0.12 mL). Stirred at ambient temp for 4 hours and then concentrated and purified by reverse-phase HPLC (Gilson, acidic mobile phase) to yield the title compound. MS m/z=465 (M+H)+. Calc'd for C25H19F3N4O2: 464.45.
