Monomethyl pimelate (79 mg, 0.450 mmol) and 1-[2-(methylamino)ethyl]piperidin-4-yl biphenyl-2-ylcarbamate (159 mg, 0.450 mmol) were used to give the title compound (235 mg; yield, 100%) as a colorless oily substance according to the method described in Example 12a.
