A solution of the product of Example 83E (140 mg, 0.54 mmol) in ethyl acetate (5.0 mL) was stirred with hydrochloric acid (Aldrich, 4 M in dioxane, 0.25 mL, 1.0 mmol) at ambient temperature for 10 hours. The white precipitates were collected by filtration and dried to give the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.81 (dt, J=10.5, 8.5 Hz, 1 H), 8.08-8.19 (m, 1 H), 8.26-8.39 (m, 2 H), 9.55 (dd, J=5.4, 1.4 Hz, 1 H), 9.83 (dd, J=2.4, 1.4 Hz, 1 H) ppm; MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 261 (M+H)+.
