This compound was prepared from 3,5-dimethoxy-4-i-propylbenzyl bromide obtained in example 6(b), Mg and benzophenone by the same procedure as described in example 1 (b). 1HNMR (CDCl3, ppm): δ 1.24 (d, J=7.1 Hz, 6H), 3.3-3.5 (m, 1H), 3.56 (s, 6H), 3.72 (d, J=15.4 Hz, 2H), 6.04 (s, 2H), 7.2-7.7 (m, 10H).
